  • Enhancement of navigation
  • Establishment of channel specific navigation
  • Revision of nomenclature and server structure
Improved online marketing campaigns, including:
  • Creation and development of diverse online banner campaigns, ensuring integration with corporate marketing strategy
  • Involvement in corporate marketing leadership meetings, representing online needs and requirements
  • Revision of house ad workflow and creative brief processes
  • Enhanced GUI continuously to improve the overall user experience
  • Managed and coordinated design team and projects
  • Prepared user testing and focus groups
  • Ongoing interface design, coordination, maintenance and management of five web sites, including vendor templates
